Pho Dang was born from a mother's kitchen — a place where the broth simmered for hours, the herbs were always fresh, and the door was always open. We brought that spirit with us to Winooski, Vermont, and we've never let it go.
Everything on our menu is prepared the way it's meant to be: slow, patient, and with intention. Our pho broth is made fresh every single morning. Our spring rolls are hand-rolled. Our family runs this kitchen the same way it ran ours — together.
